| The
local coast line
includes secluded Playa Arco (not accessible by vehicle and by
foot only at mid to low tide); Playa Ballena, the centerpiece
of the National Park; Playa Pinuelas; and Playa Ventanas. The
section from Punta Pinuelas to Punta Ventanas (the point south
of Playa Ventanas) is a rugged and picturesque coast line of
cliffs, caves, tunnels, and archways. Offshore, the rocks and
coral beds of Isla Ballena and the Tres Hermanas rockformations
are alive with tropical fish for a great snorkeling or diving
experience. |
